Penn Arts and Sciences has appointed three new members to its standing Economics faculty for the 2018-2019 academic year.
Karun Adusumilli, Assistant Professor of Economics: Karun Adusumilli received his PhD from London School of Economics in 2018. He studies various topics in Econometrics including causal inference, missing data and dynamic treatment allocation.
Francesco Agostinelli, Assistant Professor of Economics: Francesco Agostinelli received his PhD from Arizona State University in 2018. His research focuses on child development, by developing new methods and analyzing the determinants of children’s skill formation.
Margaux Luflade, Assistant Professor of Economics: Margaux Luflade received her PhD from the Duke University in May 2018 before joining Penn. Her research interests include economics of education, labor economics, applied microeconomics, and econometrics.
