Professor Jere Behrman was invited by Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of Health and Human Services, and he agreed to serve as the Economics/Social Science member of the National Institutes of Health (NIH)/National Institute of Child Health and Development (NICHD) National Advisory Council for 2011-14.
