Antonio Merlo, former Penn Economics professor and Department Chair named Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at NYU

Antonio Merlo, a distinguished political economist has been named the Anne and Joel Ehrenkranz Dean of NYU’s Faculty of Arts and Science. While at Penn, he was the Lawrence R. Klein Professor of Economics and chair of the Economics Department, and the Director of the Penn Institute for Economic Research.
