Ananya Varshneya, a graduating honors senior this year, had her  Economics Honors Thesis on “Switching Out: Strategy and Sequential Preferences in Centralized University Admissions” (advised by Jere Behrman and Margauz Luflade) selected as the  Outstanding Paper at the Carroll Round Undergraduate Economics Research Conference 10-13 April 2025 at Georgetown University, which provides “a unique forum for the world’s brightest undergraduate economics students to present and discuss their original research in any subdiscipline.”
