Payment to the US office may be by check, International Postal Money Order, or Visa/MC. Please make your check or money order payable to the University of Pennsylvania, drawn in US dollars on a US bank. To pay by Visa or MasterCard, include card holder's name, type of card, card number and expiration date in your cover letter.

Full prepayment is required. If a check is not made out to University of Pennsylvania (especially if it is made out to International Economic Review and marked "To Payee Only"), it will be returned for revision. If bank charges have been deducted from a check, it will be returned for full prepayment.
